2022 SHOW ~ SATURDAY 3rd SEPTEMBER
2021 winners . . . Click on Dave Carr’s delicious Lemon Drizzle Cake for a full list of all the winners in the adult classes at the 2021 Show.
Spring Leaflet . . . The countdown to the 2022 Show has started with the distribution around the village of the Spring Leaflet. Click on the cover of the leaflet to download a PDF version and see what we have in store this year. As well as the 2022 Schedule, the leaflet contains details on how to enter the Duck Trail and news about our great Calendar Competition, which gives villagers the chance to have their own Lancashire picture featured in our 2023 Calendar, which will be on sale on Show Day. Spring is also the time of year when we start to gather sponsors and advertisers. You can sponsor a class at this year’s Show for just £10 or a cask of ale at the Beer Festival for £50. The Show brochure is delivered to every home in the village in August and advertising costs only £25 for half a page or £50 for a full page. Sponsorship and advertising plays a major role in helping us to raise the £4,000 that it costs to stage the Show weekend. If you are interested in helping us, please email info@wreagreenshow.co.uk or download the leaflet for more details.
The Wrea Green Horticultural Society is a non-profit making organisation that was established in 2015 with the aim of staging an Annual Show email: info@wreagreenshow.co.uk
